I never noticed this before, but the sight range of the Naval Officer, even one of Level 7 Tier 3 (which requires a Rank only 0.02% of CoN players have reached), is only 35, while the lowliest of the low in Naval, a level 1 Corvette, has a sight range of 40.
That makes no sense.
Are Naval Officer's ships all required by law to be staffed with near sighted lookout crews?
Did they spend all the money on that "100" distance Radar and couldn't afford to buy the lookouts glasses?
Or is it just Binoculars are forbidden on Naval Officer ships?
What the Deuce?????
