So in the ranking , as everyone knows, more the victory points, higher the ranking like Cuba has more Vp than both me and Mexico so it's placed above but When we got same no. of cities and victory points , will the ranking be determined by following alphabetical order? This clears the confusion but suppose a similar thing happens with two players not in a coalition , both of whom have got the exact same vp and both have crossed the winning vp. Who will get the solo win after that?
What will the ranking do now?

Der might be some decimals with the vp which can't be seen, not sure.
In the second case probably both, never had that scenario, so nobody really knows. pretty hard to achieve -
If I had to guess, the person listed in first, which is the one with the country name that’s alphabetically first I believe.DoctorDR1

Zambia and Afghanistan (randomly selected) have the same VP , both crossed the winning limit but Zambia has more no. of cities than Afghanistan does . So does the number of cities also matter in ranking ? -
Well my guess would be that it’s just whoever is listed first in the newspaper.DoctorDR1
