    1. There is major asset in strategic combat command, it is all units overview in one single display form. That is something that this game is missing. Keeping data about all units in your head or creating overview by searching actual positions to establish status of components and battle order is difficult and in real war conditions way to lose war. Just one panel with data of existing units and their components, position and health would make this game more real and playable. As I was commanding officer of composite units I know the value of board singular combat unit display.
    2. There is another not good solution, and that is merging units at they joined at some specific location. In real combat units that share position do not share command. Basic units (in case of this game those are battalions) should be able to form higher units only by command of player not spontaneously by sharing position. Just as there is wisely installed command "SPLIT" there should be opposite command "JOIN" so the player could make choice what units to join due to anticipated battle.
