    Hello. I play the game through steam.
    I want to buy gold there and when I press approve I get a Payment error.
    The Stean support referred me to you to see if you can solve this problem.
    I would like to be able to buy ingame gold after I have paid and then get a Payment error and can't buy any ingame gold at all because of that.
