    Hi, quick question on morale... I'm just wondering how long (on average) it would take for a newly captured city at 25% morale will take to get all the way to 100%, without me building anything in it? The city is right next to my homeland and capital so it could definitely do that. Thanks

      If the city is within close proximity to your capital, it should be at full morale in 6-7 in-game days.
      If you want an exact number, contact @Playbabe, she has a simulation for it.
