First phase: Right side of screen, there has two icon, (four square) and (down side arrow), click left side icon (four square), there has list of different types post messages, click 'Bug Reports & Issues'.
Second phase: Click 'Create Thread' and writing article name and problem info, after that, click 'Submit' (send message). DONE!
