My Games not working Every Day during the day (Fixed)

I'm having daily issues EST - USA - Where My Games is not showing up and the system is not loging me on ( Rank 1 Recruit) it just hangs. The system games will show up and evidently I get log into the forum (hence why I'm here).

This is getting very annoying and I just enrolled to the security council at the new increased rate.

Is this being addressed?

Hello,
This has been happening to me as well. However, I get stuck
on the loading screen. The only thing that ever loads is the resource
bar on the top with the loading screen still present.

Is it because you have a forum picture? LOL, I'm in FLA, where are you? Are you active in games? It's been like this for days (since I re-enrolled to the new more expensive security council but that's likely a coincidence right?)

What version of windows are you on?

I don't know WHY, but I'm in western PA. I'm active in 1 game, and haven't had any issues since I began it 4 days ago

Perhaps it is a bug, I wonder how many people are being affected. Perhaps it is a browser thing? I tried Microsoft Edge and Firefox and had the same issue.

Happening to me too across all devices (desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet) for a couple of days now. Persistent problem this afternoon. Time Zone Greece (GMT+2)

Even I face the same problem at afternoon (the main time I play), so it's really annoying for me

Yeah, I'm simply unable to play so the game is worthless to me at this point. I even rebooted the computer (imagine that).

I'm running window 11 but I've been on that for a while now. It's like their logon server is not responding. I see new games but I just show up as private 0 now.

someone says if you reset ur timezone or server location with wifi, cuz only certain areas get game service

Another Dead day of service. It started working last night about 5:00 and working this morning at 8:00. Now it's the same again. No Logon, dead, I have no games and no rank.

How do I "Check with dev"?

The problem was occurring before the time change. I've rebooted everything.

Because it will work at night tells me there some kind of connection issues at the other end. And it used to work fine!

I'm getting close to giving up on this game, because if you can't log in in 4x games you can be toast very easy.

I am beyond pissed about the game not loading... Same problem with "My Games" not loading, clicking "Play Now" to get to the maps, and they don't load completely.... all I see is my resources and MAYBE my info panel on the left with my username/points. I can easily open and play YouTube, Netflix, etc and no lag... internet is fine. Tried logging in on mobile, and getting the Black Screen of death lol. It's been like this for nearly a month, and getting worse

I saw that post from Dorado, and like normal... they don't address the main issue. Updating "problems" with units/etc does nothing if you can't load the map to play. If it were a normal update/maintenance downtime, I wouldn't be as hot-headed about it. Yet like I mentioned, it's been going on for nearly a month

Did they upgrade include the increase in cost for the security council with worse service?? I just upgraded a week or so ago, BAD move.

BTW, my game is toast. I got overran when I finally got in at the end of the day.

I'm pretty much done with this game at this point. Poor management.

Is there a way to get a refund??

Dorado would LAUGH at you if you asked for a refund. They don't care about interruptions/inability to use the services they sell you. Once they have your money, you would be extremely lucky to get support past the generic "We're sorry you are experiencing difficulties, we value your feedback" lol
