I know people tend to not like the real-life comparison, but for me it works. Thinking about the game more and using more experienced players ideas for the last 3 games I've gotten a solo win and 2 more being top 3 solo, I can say that armor is indeed trash. The United States used to use tank destroyers (the only amor that I used to recommend) in WW2, but in modern times they use a new type of tank destroyer, it's called a Boeing AH-64 Apache. Its faster, hits harder, and can fly over rivers and mountains. So, I wouldn't use armor again, if you want something that is designed to destroy tanks use helis and even then artillery is superior.

The designers did not want to appoximate the possibilty of indirect-fire weapons being mixed in with DIRECT-FIRE Tank formations/weapons that get used against targets that are in the tanks' line-of-sight.
The difference between a rifle's accurate (line-of-sight) range and a tank's accurate (line-of-sight) range is irrelevant for this topic. -
Ok in the end tank job in this game is to tank so your artillery can hit more and be safe from damage
Melee ofc is not option with how weight system work
Maybe adding more weight to tank can help more? -
There shouldn't be a need to give artillery more hp by placing it with tanks, you should defend it with anti air and withdrawing it if the enemy tries to push you with infantry

Okay which levels i need, by tanks, and infaterie?
Are the Elite Swarm (last level) worth it,.. and what about railgun, he was never shoot,.. anybody uunderstand? -
You don't even have to research tanks, the infantry instead needs to be upgraded according to the tactics, if you use it only to conquer you should keep it at level 1 (level 3 for national guards), if instead you force the enemy to fight on land (using a lot of anti air for example) it makes sense to max it out. Anyway I think that Elite Swarm has sense if you are able to use them well, however in general it makes sense to produce elite units but only when producing them doesn't create slowdowns or stops in the production and upgrading of other units you use
