      Many of you probably know about the rank resetting thing that had been happening a lot. It happened to me yesterday and I am still at rank 1. Well this bug is affecting my Officer research, as you have to be at a certain level to research higher levels of the officers! I used to be at rank 76 and could research most of them, but now i am rank 1, please help me!

      As we have already explained in many other threads, this is a temporary issue.
      Your (our) rank has not actually been "reset".

      You should check on it frequently, as it usually does not persist more than a couple hours, often less.
