Rank reset does not allow me to research officers

I used to be able to research up to level 5 on most officers but now that my rank has been reset to level 1 I can only research the first level. Please help and fix

If you be patient and wait a little bit longer then your rank will be given back

Its a techincal issue on Dorado's side, you are not in trouble
