I had 2 available CM to use off of a cruiser, I shot it at the task force of 3 tanks, but no missile would fly. I changed the fire control from aggressive to hold fire and the missile let loose. I switched it back to aggressive to continue to fire on the stack. Is this normal cruise missile mechanics for cruisers?
