The cost of healing an air unit when it was at the air base was 50 gold per 10%...now it is 250 gold. Why is that? That seems like a huge increase...500%??
Did the cost for healing air units go up?

now its proportional to how much you're healing it, as opposed to a flat rate"The enemy cannot push a button, if you disable his hand."

that does not make any sense..im talking about the exact same amount of heal for 5 times the gold...nothing has changed except a huge increase in gold. One air unit while on the ground to go up 10% in health is 250 gold, it used to be 50 gold..where is the logic in that?

if the change was supposed to be proportionate, it did not work, it is healing the same exact amount as it used to just WAY more expensive...

Thats right - because before it was broken. It was never meant to be 50..."Going to war without France is like going hunting without an accordion." Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf

that is BS to charge 250 gold for a .6 HP heal. You can do better than that, come on....that is just lazy -
if you are going to heal units and charge gold for it, at least set a cost to HP that is consistent across the board, like if it is 250 gold then at least make it heal 25% of the total health back. The way it is now is extremely inconsistent and unfair to someone who is paying $$ for gold.

It's in line with the other healing of units. We will revisit the basic healing system inherited from COW and SUP early next year - but for the moment this is how it works for all units.
I posted an explanation of the mechanics in the Update thread."Going to war without France is like going hunting without an accordion." Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf -
well thanks for at least considering something more streamlined..maybe just assign the programming as 1 HP no matter what the unit costs X amount of gold...kind of like how yo have the "hurry up" in for production. That is based on your resources you have left and the gold decreases the more you can contribute. Why not make it for HP, the less HP you need then the gold cost adjusts accordingly? That would seem to make a lot of sense. So lets say 20 HP are needed to heal and yo have it set at say 20 gold per HP right now that would be 400 gold, if I wait until 15 HP are needed it only costs me 300 gold and 10 is 200 gold etc. Seems fair right? And you might want to consider a discounted healing cost when they are at a home base with an airbase for planes and a army base for ground units and navy base for naval units. Like 1/2 the cost if they are stationed. I feel like people would be very happy with something like that so they know exactly what they are getting on a heal to gold ratio. That is my 2 cents...thanks.
