I mobilize a conventional warhead which says gives my 4 of them. I click on the missile button of a strike aircraft and it shows 2/2. So 2 warheads in a single cruise missile but the damage is based on the cruise missile stat or stat x2?

Warheads haven't own damage stats. also single cruise missile has single damage stats. And cruise missiles use single warhead for it. Ballistic missiles use two warheads. Are you sure you mean cruise missile in your question?

Just to pitch in my 5ct: It could well be Gummy activated 2 strikes - naturally then having 2 cruise missiles at their disposal - each requiring a warhead.

one CM uses one Warhead.
Maybe you have a stack of two fighters each is capable of fireing one CM
That would make 2/2~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hello,
For the strike aircraft it has the ability to launch X2 cruise missiles. If i understand you concern correctly then:
- You mobilize X4 warheads
- You then want to use those warheads with a cruise missile on a strike aircraft
- The striker has the ability to launch X2 missiles, each missile uses X1 warhead
- So you have X4 mobilized but that aircraft can only use X2 warheads.
