a) very powerful but has a small chance of failure

Navy Seal are special force.
EMP not are elite unit, it's only warhead, i check from wikipedia.Guns are always loaded. -

EMP is sure powerfull, but it's too early suggest that, because i no haven't yet founded missile types (ballistic and cruiser), ... alike raw diamond.Guns are always loaded. -
Next Elite Unit:
Elite Commando (special force officer skills) (alike Rambo)
Elite Railgun Battleship (armed with railgun naval guns, AA-lasers guns and anti-subs weapontry(all naval ships weapontry in same ship)
Elite Fighter (air and strike fighter skills)Guns are always loaded. -
Maybe a plane that lands on the sea, so you can use very port or pontoon(?) like an airport for these.a.k.a. jem and and eres

Two ideas I have: one is a small, fast and cheap speedboat. Low Radar signature, very cheap but very weak. Basically even more spammable than Corvette, but with a limit on what you can spam, making their low radar signature the defining feature.
Another idea is one I’ve had for quite a while already, the Elite Destroyer. Stealth, and buffed stats but also higher building costs and maybe weak AA at high level
Edit: another idea: Elite Missile Boat. Corvette stats, but can carry Cruise and Ballistic Missiles. Potentially low radar signature and/or limited AACurrently on (potentially permanent) hiatus
Instead of choosing wings to fly, we chose hands to hold with each other.
Yet the sky still fascinates us, is it such a crime to keep on dreaming?
